Lemon honey dressing

A very versatile dressing for salads.

Ready

• juice and zest of half a lemon
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 tsp grainy mustard
• 2 pinches of salt
• 3 grinds of black pepper
• ¼ cup olive oil

Set

• jam jar

Go

1. combine all the ingredients in a jam jar and shake well.
