You don’t have to be a hot-blooded Latino to enjoy the simple pleasure of the sweet Cuban Peach. This rum, peach brandy, and lime cocktail makes for a great tag-a-long for the last trip to the beach or a fantastic starter to a sophisticated soirée.
Ready
- 1 oz peach brandy
- 1 oz white Cuban rum
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- Pinch of sugar
- Mint sprig for garnish.
- Peach slice for garnish.
- Ice
Set
- Cocktail shaker with strainer
- Chilled martini glass
Go
- Pour all ingredients (except garnish) in cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Strain into chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with mint and peach.
