Fluffy Duck

I have had some request for this cocktail. Granted, the name probably could use some re-vamping but your not going to forget this one. After you taste this cocktail, you’ll be plucking these drinks off the line like water off a duck’s back.

Ready

Set

Go

  1. Fill chilled glass to about one quarter with crushed ice.
  2. Pour the creme de cacao over crushed ice.
  3. Pour in the advocaat
  4. Slowly fill with soda. Stir, and serve.

What you should know

This is a dutch liqueur, made from a blend of unpasteurised egg yolks, sugar, aromatic spirits, and grape brandy with a hint of vanilla.

You can also add a splash of cointreau. If you don’t like the fizz, replace soda with lemonade.
