This is delicious, colorful, and healthy. People ooh and aah when I serve it, even though it’s the most simple of desserts. At home, my kids and I fight over this one. We eat it often and in large amounts.
Below serves 3 little girls. Adjust for your party size.
Ready
- 1 Mango
- 8-10 Strawberries
- 1 Bosc Pear
- 1 Pink Lady Apple (or other reddish variety)
- Optional: Whipped Cream Whipped Cream, or Sweetened Condensed Milk (see below)
Set
- 1 Large serving bowl
Go
- Chop/dice mango, strawberries and pear into bite-size pieces.
- Mix in bowl.
- Serve immediately or chill.
What you should know
Feeling decedant? Top with Whipped Cream and enjoy the melt-in-your mouth taste sensation.
