i’m kind of amazed that a tofu could taste this good. :D it doesn’t even taste like tofu.
Ready
- 2 pack @250gr Japanese Silken tofu
- 100ml lime juice
- 1 tbs grated lime skin
- 2 tbs honey
- strawberries, chop.
Set
- blender
- glass
Go
- blend tofu, lime juice, lime skin, and honey.
- add chopped strawberries, stir.
- put into glass, keep in refrigerator for an hour.
- serve chilled.
What you should know
er… i added strawberry syrup, because i ran out of fresh strawberry and honey, so this dessert (the one in picture) has a pink color. on my first attempt, i added too much lime juice and lime skin, it is very much not recommended. taste bitter. XD but really, this is a good chillin’ dessert during hot days.
