This drink was created to celebrate the opening of the Myer’s Rum Distillary (1879), Jamica.
Ready
- 1 ¾ oz Myer’s dark rum
- 5 ½ oz orange juice
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 dashes of Grenadine
- 1 dash gomme syrup or caster sugar
- orange slices
- Maraschino cherries
Set
- glass: highball
- shaker
Go
- Place all ingredients into shaker.
- Shake and strain into glass.
- Garnish with orange slice, cherry and sprig of mint.
