The best butcher in North London - the great thing about a traditional butchers shop, is that you can buy cuts that simply are not available in supermarkets: belly pork, shin of beef, lamb shoulder chops, chicken thighs.

Chris will advise you on the cooking of all the cuts — I recommend the Director’s chipolatas, and the cooked ham.

Get there early on a Saturday if you want to avoid the queues!
