Franks Cafe

Not far from Borough Market, and round the corner from the Tate you will find this lively little cafe, with everything you need from a great London cafe — tea on tap, the best ham, egg and chips, shepherds pie, jacket potatoes and the full English. I have tried most things on the menu, but there is not much that beats the ham, egg and chips on a winter’s day with a cup of tea — eaten quickly because there is always someone hovering for your table!
