Most everybody has heard of “pigs in a blanket” but now the “pig” has got the upper hand! These rolls are great to eat on their own or with a warm winter meal. Makes a dozen.

Bacon Drippings?

I recently decided to start saving the drippings from cooking bacon. I strain it through a coffee filter and into a jar with a tight fitting lid. The only query I have is can I use the drippings for anything that would call for butter or shortening? Let me know what your thoughts are.
